I've become a man with a purpose.
In July of 1999, I worked at Disney World as a water-ski instructor and was a personal trainer while going to school full-time to become a physical education teacher. At 31, I lived in an old, beat up house with four guys - one guy even lived in our dining room to save on rent. I was $95,000 in debt, not living a life of purpose and spending only the weekends with my 4-year-old son. I was pretty complacent. My purpose in life was to make ends meet and enjoy life. That's what you do if nobody interrupts your life to share an opportunity with you.

I opened a personal training school - in addition to the studio - with the vision of developing individuals who truly want to make a difference in the health of our country.
